New year and there is something new in Kopertis Region X
In accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 88/2013 and the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 107/2013 regulating Performance-Based Allowance of the Ministry of Education and Culture and strengthened with the Circular of the State Administrative Reforms No. 02/2013 on February 15 2013 on Implementation of Job Performance Assessment of Civil Servants, some policies have been implemented and one of them is about the presence of employees. Clear rules have been set regarding the Ministerial Decree No. 107/2013 article 6 point 2. The time attendance for the employee is no later than 7.30 and return at 16.00, except for Friday the return is at 16.30 while the break starts from 12.00 to 13.00. Strict sanctions will be applied during the implementation of this rule. As stated in article 11 and 12 of the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture above.
In the Ministerial Decree No. 107/2013 article 9 stating that the employee must prove their presence with an electronic attendance list. Thus, began from January 2nd 2014 Kopertis X has been using an electronic system known as finger print.
The new policy has come with expectation that all services can be performed earlier and there’ll be longer service time, so that it will meet society’s expectation who demand a better service.
Another new policy is each employee must have the Employee Working Target (SKP), in order to achieve certain targets to serve the society.
New hope for a brand new day in Kopertis X, hopefully all can be well implemented.
